Golden egg muffins




Ingredients:

Eggs (I used 8 for 12 muffins)

Vegetables (I used frozen mix of pepper and tomato, zucchini (pan fried with chili powder) and sweet corn)

Hot dog

Cheese

Salt, to taste


Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs until smooth and leave aside until you prepare mixes of fillings.
2. Place paper muffin cups in a muffin tin and mix ingredients as desired (e.g. hot dog and cheese, zucchini, pepper and tomato etc.)
3. Pour the beaten eggs into each muffin cup, almost to the top.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
5. Take the egg muffins out of the cups, serve and enjoy!

Sastojci:

Jaja (ja sam upotrijebila 8 za 12 muffina)

Povrće (koristila sam zaleđenu mješavinu paprika i paradajza, tikvice (prepržene u tavi sa malo čilija) i kukuruz šećerac)

Viršle

Sir

So, po ukusu


Priprema:

1. Umutiti jaja i ostaviti dok pripremate mješavine za punjenja.
2. Korpice staviti u pleh i dodavati mješavine sastojaka po želji (npr. viršle i sir, tikvice, paprike i paradajz itd.)
3. Sipati jaja u svaku korpicu, skoro do vrha.
4. Peći na 180°C, 20 minuta.
5. Izvaditi muffine iz korpica, servirajte i uživajte!
